A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Stephanie Clark-Ochoa; I founded COBS  to help small businesses in the Greater LA area understand that subcontracting is vital to getting contracts with local government agencies.

My website reflects my love of Los Angeles and I've taken many of the photos. My business is here to help you take part in Los Angeles' amazing transformation.

My team and I can guide you through the maze of business certifications, registrations and regulations. And we conduct the research to help you build marketing strategies to get you noticed by the primes and become a Preferred Subcontractor.

Why Work with Stephanie?
